If you need some time relaxing, there’s plenty of space on board for lounging and unwinding, with options such as a bow and cockpit table and/or sun pad. Built-in, insulated coolers and ample storage under the port and starboard of the boat’s bow come standard, as well as built-in cooler space under the rear seat.
Bucket seats are standard with premium U.V. and stain-resistant vinyl, as well as the Velocity Folding Arch Tower with a color-coordinated canvas. The tower provides for a towing point of 81” off the deck and can be easily lowered for bridge clearance, with enough room for the driver to stand at the helm and run the boat.
Walking into the cockpit, you’ll notice the great u-shaped seating area in the stern with easy access to floor storage and engine compartments. Chaparral uses a 425-pound ballast fatback soft bag so you can have more storage capabilities, unlike many of our competitors.
One piece that sets Chaparral apart from our competitors is our electrical. All our models, not just the 23 Surf, feature a water-resistant DC push-button breaker system. Writing is covered in a fire-retardant loom, we even go as far as adding triple o-ring waterproof connectors, while many in the market do not. All writing is full ten-copper writing for a better connection and extra reliability on the water, for longevity and safety for you and your family on board.
